Prenatal Certification is a preferred specialty.  Mothers massage is crucial for all who are expecting.  I work with mothers to be through out their pregnancy  to keep them comfortable as their body's change quickly for their little one. Postnatal is very beneficial and can be apart of your new routine.

As Reiki Master Certified, I enjoy working with numerous energies. I wholeheartedly adore the difference massage therapy by an energy practitioner can make in your self care routine. My goal is to help you achieve whole body balance and self healing by honestly addressing the body and life force energy as one connected system.

Certified Reflexology allows me to help many people relax and balance just through their feet. This specialized treatment is great for anyone in many health conditions. Relief from foot pain,  plantar fasciitis and surgery recovery are among my focus specialties with Reflexology.
